I spent 25 years in corporate recruitment and sales and I loved it. But I was also exhausted. Pushing through. Running on empty.
In 2021 I made a change and everything that followed became Wellology.
For the past five years I've been working with women who are doing all the right things but still feel like something is missing. Women who are capable, driven, and quietly burnt out. Women who have stepped away from their careers and don't know how to step back in. Women who are just getting by when they deserve to actually be living.
Through Wellology I offer coaching and support that helps women reconnect with themselves their energy, their confidence, and their direction. Whether that's finding your footing back in the workforce, rebuilding after a career break, or simply learning to stop running on empty, this work meets you where you are.
With over 25 years in recruitment and business development, helping women navigate careers and workplaces is something I know deeply and care about enormously.
And because I noticed that 90% of the women I worked with weren't really living they were just getting by I created the Wellology Hobby Hub. A Gold Coast women's community built around real connection, new adventures, and finally filling your cup.
